Effective feedback
Here is an example of whole-class feedback from a geography lesson:
“Rather than spending hours marking their books, I spent 15 mins flicking through their books and then put this PPT together to address the common problems that I found in their books.
This PPT took me 25mins to put together so in total marking books and planning the lesson has taken me 40mins. A lot less than if I had marked every single book in detail and added the same comments in purple pen 24 times.”
